The winners of Connecticut’s 2012 Roadway Safety Poster Contest for Children were recognized at the 2012 Work Zone Safety Press Conference and received congratulations from Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman and several other high ranking officials.  The children were a major focus of the remarks at the event, with each speaker commenting on the powerful messages represented on their posters and thanking them for focusing on roadway safety.  This contest is sponsored each year by the CT Technology Transfer Center and the CT Department of Transportation.
