We would like to congratulate Mary McCarthy for completing the Train the Trainer Program offered by the Connecticut Training and Development Network (CTDN). Mary earned her certificate for the Train the Trainer Program by completing eight modules of rigorous study over eight months where she learned how to develop and deliver learner-centered training.  For her final project, Mary created and taught the Dealing With Difficult People course offered as a Road Master Elective at the T2 Center in late September. Congratulations Mary for completing this program and for all of your hard work!
